Clear responsibility, before the first invitation.

By using Kadiraha, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, event or host, you confirm that you have authority to act for them. A signed proposal, order or service agreement may add event-specific commercial terms; if it conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that event.

Kadiraha helps organizers structure guest information, create coordinated event identities, prepare and deliver invitations, collect RSVPs, plan access and support arrival operations. Features may be introduced progressively, and an unfinished or unavailable feature will not be represented as operational.

• Provide accurate account and organization information.
• Keep credentials private and use individual accounts rather than shared passwords.
• Give team members only the permissions they need and remove access promptly when responsibilities change.
• Notify Kadiraha immediately about suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account, except to the extent caused by Kadiraha’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

Organizers retain responsibility for the guest relationships and information they place in Kadiraha. An organizer must have a lawful and fair basis to provide names, phone numbers, email addresses, photographs or special requirements and to instruct Kadiraha to contact those people.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data, unlawfully purchased contact lists or information unrelated to the event. When a guest asks the organizer to correct, stop using or delete their information, the organizer must act promptly and inform Kadiraha where our assistance is required.

• No campaign is sent without an authorized organizer’s deliberate approval.
• The organizer is responsible for message content, recipient eligibility, timing, consent and compliance with applicable communications rules.
• WhatsApp, SMS and other providers may reject, delay or fail to deliver messages for reasons outside Kadiraha’s control.
• Opt-outs and confirmed delivery failures must be respected. Kadiraha must not be used to send spam, deceptive messages or unlawful promotions.

Invitation and pass links are intended for the named guest or household. They may grant access without a password and must not be published, guessed, resold or forwarded without authority. Kadiraha or the organizer may revoke and replace a link where misuse is suspected.

You retain rights in photographs, wording, logos and other material you lawfully provide, and you grant Kadiraha permission to process that material to perform the event service. You confirm that supplied material does not infringe another person’s rights.

Kadiraha retains rights in its software, design systems, workflows, brand, reusable components and production methods. Rights in final event-specific creative deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement. No public page grants ownership of Kadiraha’s underlying tools or source code.

You must not use Kadiraha to:

• Break the law, violate privacy, impersonate another person or facilitate fraud.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access or test security without written permission.
• Scrape the service, bypass limits or interfere with another event or organization.
• Create discriminatory, threatening, exploitative or deceptive communications.
• Use biometric, health, financial or other sensitive information beyond what is lawful and necessary for the event.

Prices, taxes, message charges, deposits, cancellation arrangements and delivery quantities are set out in the applicable quotation or order. Third-party messaging charges may change. Kadiraha will seek confirmation before an action that creates a material unagreed communications cost.

We design for resilient operation, but internet access, mobile networks, hosting providers and messaging platforms can fail. Organizers must retain reasonable event-day contingency procedures, including an authorized manual guest lookup or offline arrival plan where appropriate. Kadiraha may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the service to protect security or reliability.

Kadiraha integrates with services such as Supabase, Vercel and Meta. Their availability and independent terms also apply to the services they provide. Kadiraha is not responsible for a third-party platform’s independent suspension, outage or policy decision, but will take reasonable steps to preserve records and communicate material disruption.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach or harm to guests or other customers. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to remedy it. Organizers may request closure and data export or deletion subject to the agreement, applicable law and the deletion process.

Kadiraha will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal message delivery, guest attendance or outcomes controlled by organizers, guests, networks or third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that Tanzanian law does not permit the parties to exclude. Any event-specific liability allocation or service commitment must be recorded in the signed agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern in good faith through the contact below. If it cannot be resolved, the courts or other competent dispute-resolution bodies of Tanzania may be used, subject to any binding event-specific agreement.

We may update these terms as Kadiraha develops. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively alter a signed event agreement without consent.
