Questions, answered plainly
Before you trust us with the guest list.
- Do my guests need to install anything?
- No, and they never will. The invitation arrives in WhatsApp and opens as a web page on whatever phone a guest already has — no account, no password, nothing to download. If a feature would need an app, it does not ship as a guest feature.
- What happens when there is no signal at the venue?
- The scanner keeps working. Scans queue on the device, the status bar shows exactly how many are waiting, and a shift cannot be ended with anything unsynced. A garden in Zanzibar at 8pm is the environment we design for — not a fibre office.
- Can my mother co-organize without breaking something?
- Yes. Swahili and English throughout, 200% text scaling that does not break the layout, permissions scoped to her side of the family, and forgiving undo. Anything destructive costs a plain-language sentence and a confirmed count first.
- Is this only for weddings?
- No. Weddings prove the emotion and conferences prove the scale, and the same spine runs both — a 350-guest wedding in Zanzibar and a 1,200-delegate summit in Dar es Salaam, with access tiers and sponsor visibility where those matter.
