Data deletion

Ask once. We will trace the right records carefully.

Deletion requests are verified so that one person cannot erase another guest’s invitation or an organizer’s event.

Effective 13 August 2026

For organizers

  1. Email japhetjovan@gmail.com from the address associated with your Kadiraha account.
  2. Use the subject “Kadiraha data deletion request”.
  3. State whether you want to delete your account, a specific event or both.
  4. We will verify your authority and explain any records that must be retained for security, payment, dispute or legal reasons.

For invited guests

You may ask the event organizer to correct or delete your guest record. You may also contact Kadiraha directly at japhetjovan@gmail.com.

Include your name, the event name and enough contact detail to locate the invitation. For safety, do not email your full private invitation token, identity document, password or payment information. We may coordinate with the organizer or ask for limited verification before acting.

For Facebook or WhatsApp-related data

If your information reached Kadiraha through Meta or WhatsApp, follow the same email process and state that the request concerns Meta/WhatsApp data. This page is Kadiraha’s public data-deletion instructions URL for Meta App Settings.

Removing a WhatsApp conversation from your phone does not itself delete the organizer’s event record. The verified request allows us to locate the relevant Kadiraha records and delivery identifiers.

What deletion covers

  • Organizer profile and membership records where account deletion is valid.
  • Event, guest, RSVP, seating, access and message records within the approved scope.
  • Uploaded portraits and other private event files.
  • Active private invitation tokens and access credentials.

Deletion does not require us to erase another person’s independent records, information we are legally required to retain, or minimized security/audit evidence needed to prevent fraud and demonstrate that a deletion occurred. Such retained information remains restricted and is removed or anonymized when its purpose expires.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge the request and identify the verification needed.
  • We determine whether Kadiraha or the event organizer is responsible for the decision.
  • We delete, anonymize or restrict the applicable live records and request corresponding provider action where necessary.
  • We confirm completion or explain any lawful exception and available next step.

Timing depends on the request’s scope, verification, backup expiry and legal requirements. We will act without unnecessary delay and in accordance with applicable Tanzanian data-protection law.
